In 1975 Omni Spectra^® relocated from Michigan to Continental Blvd., Merrimack, NH, where they manufactured high quality microwave components.  In 1980, Omni Spectra^® became a subsidiary of M/A-Com of Burlington, MA.  M/A-Com is a leading provider of microwave components for the defense and commercial markets.  XMA acquired the Omni Spectra^® Connectorized Attenuators and Terminations line from M/A-Com in 2003.
